It depends on where the dumpster sits. Placing it in your driveway or on a private job site does not require a City of Buckeye permit. Placing it in the street — the public right-of-way — requires a permit from the City of Buckeye Public Works/Engineering Department before delivery. Street placement anywhere in Buckeye requires a city permit regardless of whether you're in an HOA community. On top of that, your HOA may have its own rules about placement, timing, or screening from view. We can't speak to any individual HOA's specific policy, so check with yours directly and let us know when you call so we can plan around it.

It depends on the volume and weight of debris, not just the size of the room or project. Smaller containers suit single-room remodels or garage cleanouts; larger ones suit full home cleanouts or new construction. Hazardous materials — things like chemicals, asbestos, and other regulated waste — generally aren't allowed in a standard roll-off container. If you're not sure whether something in your project falls into that category, tell us when you call and we'll be straight with you about it.

You'll need a flat, accessible spot — usually a driveway or a cleared area of a job site — with enough clearance for the delivery truck to maneuver in and out. If you're not sure your space works, describe the layout when you call and we'll walk through it with you.
