Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster in Buckeye, AZ?

It depends on where the dumpster sits. Placing it in your driveway or on a private job site does not require a City of Buckeye permit. Placing it in the street — the public right-of-way — requires a permit from the City of Buckeye Public Works/Engineering Department before delivery. See our dumpster rental overview page for the full breakdown.

Can I place a dumpster on the street in an HOA community like Verrado or Sundance?

Street placement anywhere in Buckeye requires a city permit regardless of whether you're in an HOA community. On top of that, your HOA may have its own rules about placement, timing, or screening from view. We can't speak to any individual HOA's specific policy, so check with yours directly and let us know when you call so we can plan around it.

What size dumpster do I need for my project?

It depends on the volume and weight of debris, not just the size of the room or project. Smaller containers suit single-room remodels or garage cleanouts; larger ones suit full home cleanouts or new construction. See our dumpster sizes guide for general guidance, or call and describe the job and we'll help you pick.

How long can I keep a rental dumpster?

Rental periods vary by project. Tell us your timeline when you call and we'll work out a schedule that fits, including what happens if your project runs longer than expected.

What items aren't allowed in a roll-off dumpster?

Hazardous materials — things like chemicals, asbestos, and other regulated waste — generally aren't allowed in a standard roll-off container. If you're not sure whether something in your project falls into that category, tell us when you call and we'll be straight with you about it.

How much space and clearance do I need for delivery?

You'll need a flat, accessible spot — usually a driveway or a cleared area of a job site — with enough clearance for the delivery truck to maneuver in and out. If you're not sure your space works, describe the layout when you call and we'll walk through it with you.

Do you offer same-day or next-day delivery?

Often, yes, especially for driveway or job-site placement, which doesn't require a permit and has no lead time built in. Street placement takes longer because of the city permit process. See our same-day dumpster rental page for details.

How does pricing work / how do I get a quote?

Call or text 623-288-2688 with your project details — size needed, rental length, and placement — and we'll give you a quote before anything is scheduled. We don't publish flat rates because every project is different.

What's the difference between a dumpster rental and a junk removal service?

With a dumpster rental, we drop a container at your site and you fill it at your own pace over the rental period, then we haul it away. Junk removal is a full-service pickup where a crew loads and removes items for you in one visit. We rent roll-off dumpsters, not junk removal.

Do you serve construction sites and commercial projects, not just residential?

Yes. See our construction & renovation page and commercial dumpster rental page for details on both.

What happens if I need to extend my rental period?

Call or text us before your scheduled pickup date and we'll work out an extension. It's easier to arrange ahead of time than after the original pickup date has already passed.

Does summer heat or peak construction season affect availability?

Buckeye's regular summer highs of 105°F and above push a lot of construction and renovation work toward the cooler months, which means demand — and delivery scheduling — can get tighter outside of peak summer. Booking early during busy stretches gives you the best shot at the delivery window you want. See our same-day dumpster rental page for more on scheduling and turnaround.

What areas of Buckeye do you serve?

Buckeye, AZ, including Verrado, Sundance, Tartesso, Sienna Hills, Westpark, and Festival Ranch. We don't currently serve Goodyear, Avondale, or the wider Phoenix metro. Full details on our service area page.
